A very busy, well-established life insurance company is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to join our team in Sandy Springs. This is a small office and everyone wears multiple hats.
Requirements are:
• Exceptional people skills: very customer-focused and enthusiastic.
• Strong written skills: ability to take dictation, type fast, and communicate effectively via email.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Meticulous with details, super-organized, and hard-working.
• Willing and able to work independently.
• Life insurance experience working for an Agent highly desired.
Hours are flexible and likely to be around 20 hours/week, more if we need it and you are available.
