This beautiful girls name is Penny. Penny was rescued from the humane society 3 years ago by her current owners. Penny is about 4 years old. Vet thinks Penny is a chocolate labrador retriever and german Shepard mix. When she was rescued she came home full of fear. Any noise, man or water would scare her and she would run. She now has her confidence back and accepts water but will not go swimming. She goes to the groomers to get groomed and does not mind. Penny is very protective over her family and is an amazing guard dog. She was in a home with dogs but would prefer to be the only dog. She has shown fearful aggression towards children and some dogs. She needs to be in an adult only home with no other dogs. Penny is obsessed with car rides and has ridden in the bed of a truck in a crate and inside the car, she loved them both. Her current owners took her to the Colorado River and off roading often. Penny loves to lay at your feet next to a big bon fire. Penny loves to be outside during the day and will cuddle by your bed at night. Penny loves hikes so, if you need a furry hiking buddy and you have no kids and other dogs she is your girl. She is amazingly sweet but due to her recent issues with children her current owners who have a baby and a 5 year cannot keep her any longer.
