I found this dog near Whittier Elementary in Muskogee. Very calm disposition, no barking or whining at all. She is not potty trained or spayed. She was wearing a green collar and a flea collar with no tags on either one. I fed and watered her and am checking for a microchip today (2/17/2022) Please reach out to me if this is your dog. Must have PROOF!
