Pella Windows and Doors Mountain West is looking for qualified, Subcontracted Installation Companies and Crews for long-term business relationships in our Replacement division. Requirements: -Competent in both full-frame and pocket fit/finish flange/jump frame applications -Provide great customer service -Computer literate, able to work with multiple systems for scheduling -Communication via text, email, and phone -Registered Contractor -General Liability, Commercial Auto and Workers Comp -Lead Safe Certified -Have all the tools needed for applications -Professional in appearance and manner - Become Pella Certified We will provide: -Competitive pay -Quarterly Customer Service Bonus -Apparel -Pella training -Work year-round -Convenient Product Pickup Locations -All install material except fasteners/screws (caulk, tape, foam, shims, ect. are provided) -Pella Service and Install (PSI) Software and Scheduling
