We are a full-service tree care company. Duties will include: using chainsaws safely and adequately proper tree climbing and aerial lift operation proper Pruning chipping tree removal using technical rigging techniques driving securing loads heavy lifting proper safety communication client communication mini skid/ stump grinder operation proper trailer and chipper hook up proper tree planting We follow all safety standards and perform proper pruning, rigging, and tree care techniques. If you only spike trees, we are not a good fit. If you don't want to wear all PPE, we are not fit. If you don't want to learn and get certifications, we are not a good fit. If you lie, we are not a good fit. You will not get yelled at or belittled. You will be encouraged to grow and thrive. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour pending experience and certifications Benefits: Health insurance payment after 1st year Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: m-f with the occasional weekend shift 8-hour shift Overland Park, KS 66214: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Tree Care: 1 year (Preferred but not necessary) Arborists: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) License/Certification: Certified Arborist (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) CDL and ability to drive a manual transmission is a major plus Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: One location Please email me your resume
