U-Haul is hiring FULL-TIME assemblers at the Tempe Assembly Plant located at 8162 S Priest Dr. Tempe, AZ 85284 The shift runs from 5:00AM-1:30PM Monday through Friday (NO weekends!) The pay rate starts at 15.50/hour with phenomenal benefits included (health, vision, dental, vacation/PTO, and more!) NO experience needed and ALL training and tools will be provided to you. This position requires: - Steel toe boots or shoes (we offer a reimbursement, so keep your receipt!) - Criminal background check and drug screening (clear from marijuana) - Reliable transportation to and from work - Authorization to work in the U.S. Job Description: We are searching for individuals to perform production line functions necessary for the fabrication, conversion, and/or assembly of trucks, trailers, van bodies, and other items. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, is comfortable working with air tools, and have the ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures. This position is in a fast-paced work environment where working with other team members, good work attendance, and safety/attention to detail is critical to achieving daily quality and operation goals.
