We have an immediate need for a Lead Tradesperson who has strong carpentry skills, light electrical, roofing, and light plumbing, etc. Need a team leader who will take initiative in helping with overflowing workload and supervise other workers. This person must be dependable, have their own transportation (truck) and preferably tools. Travel to job's around the Greater Knoxville area. We are remodeling homes and apartment complex's. Having a current TN Contractor's license is a plus. Must have a positive attitude. Drug free work environment. Ready to hire! Salary Range: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour depending upon experience/qualifications.
