Fast growing family owned and operated dynamic company looking for a few enthusiastic people join our team! Winder and Company provides fleet cleaning (inside and out), mowing and snow/ice removal for other businesses. If you want to be treated like family instead of a number, you have found the job you are looking for! Full time lead position is available, weekends and mowing experience is a must. Motor vehicle operator’s license with good driving record is needed, class B is a plus. Full time benefits include paid holidays, vacation, personal time and bonuses. Part time positions available as well for Saturdays and Sundays ONLY as the majority of our fleet washing is done on the weekends when the fleets are parked. *A good work ethic and attention to detail. *Must be motivated and able to work well with little supervision. *Must be dependable. *Must be able to with stand all weather conditions. *Individuals must be capable of physical repetitive motions such as stooping, bending, and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
