My mom is looking to find a new home for her yellow-crowned Amazon, Simon. He is VERY loved but unfortunately my mom is very ill and doesn’t feel as if she’s being the best bird mom right now. A good, knowledgeable home is a must!! We aren’t sure of Simons exact age since she rescued him from a humane society years ago. He is a sweetheart. Loves head scratches and listening to music. He says things like “you’re good” “I love you” and sings snippets of opera music and happy birthday. He likes to walk around outside of his cage and will almost always stay on his cage he won’t fly away. My mom never really held him much but if that’s something you’re interested he is very gentle and would probably be open to working on that with you. Simon will come with his cage and the toys he has in it. We’re looking to rehome him for $750 but a reasonable offer from a GREAT home will be considered. Text me with any interest at
