Experienced Handyman / Senior Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for an experienced handyman to work in our maintenance department. As a full service vacation rental company, our maintenance team responds to service requests for various repairs inside and outside of residential homes around Cape Cod. The ideal candidate will be experienced in several aspects of residential maintenance including interior and exterior repairs, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and basic heating and air conditioning troubleshooting. You will be interacting with homeowners and visitors to Cape Cod so need to be professional in your presentation and ready to serve customers. Full-time maintenance techs are assigned a company truck with basic tools (in addition to your own tools), must be able to work weekends from May through September and participate in a rotating on-call program. $30-36 hourly pay, plus overtime, according to skill and experience.
