Fallowing in my aunts footsteps. We are working on opening our very own 501c3 ferret rescue ! Our primary goal is to give unwanted, neglected, or rehomed ferrets a better chance at a forever home. We do indeed do background checks, animal registry checks, and reference recommendations and home checks on any and ALL potential adopters. All of our ferrets are properly fed, vetted, interacted with daily, time, patience and efforts 100% put into them, that being said. We absolutely do not purchase ferrets. In some situations we may purchase the supplies that come with, but other than that, all things are considered a donation, (and is a tax write off for you) All animals are considered owner surrenders. If past owners would like to stay in touch and fallow the progress of the furry noodles, they are more than welcome. We currently have 2 cages freed and set up awaiting our next rescues.
