Responsibilities: Ensure safety regulations are met, provide exceptional customer service, keeps building and premises, including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas neat and clean. Handle confidential information on a regular basis, provide general maintenance and electrical repair, Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues, Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, Handling basic repairs and maintenance, Be able to speak and hear for safety and productivity, accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork, maintain wiring, fuses, contractors, relays and other components, conducting routine inspections of premises, handling basic repairs and maintenance on the infrastructure.
Requirements: Knowledge of preventative maintenance methods and techniques for maintaining equipment, the ability to determine what action should be taken in response to a resident's complaint, comment or inquiry.
Pay: Based on Experience
