MECKLENBURG COUNTY, NC — Mecklenburg County is giving away free brush mulch at all its full-service recycling centers, it announced. The offer has been extended through the end of the 2020, it said. Residents interested in the bulk mulch may pick it up between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. at any of the county's full-service recycling centers, where it will be loaded into your truck or trailer.
