We are seeking a dedicated and experienced maintenance person for our Apartment community. All duties required pertain to plumbing, make readies, generic electrical(ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc.), work orders, landscaping, and any other miscellaneous residential needs/repairs. Candidate must have their own tools. Must have reliable transportation and someone who is looking for a quality company to stick with and grow with! The property is 210 Units and has been well kept.
