Tolomato Community Development District has an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking employment in Commercial Grounds Maintenance. We are responsible for maintaining all the Nocatee roadways, parks, and the Nocatee Splash/Spray Water Parks. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Irrigation Technician.
Position Summary:
Responsible for maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems meeting the district and industry standards for quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
2 years of irrigation repair experience, eagerness to learn additional tasks.
Repair and troubleshoot commercial irrigation systems as required.
Program irrigation clocks to ensure proper watering of district landscaping.
Understand basic pipe sizing and basic irrigation design concepts.
Experience troubleshooting 2-wire systems.
Strong work ethic / self starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
