*** READ THE ENTIRE AD *** - if its clear from the questions you ask you haven't read the ad, you will not get the work, period. Attention to detail is critical. Need a crew to handle framing out 5 interior offices and a full height wall, in an open space, and drywalling. Electric is not required, but if you have a *licensed* electrician, (or are one) let us know. Space is fully open and unoccupied presently. You can do the work daytime, nighttime, or weekends as you see fit. The room sizes are as follows: 20' x 14' - Conference Room 14' x 14' 13' x 30' / Plastic sheet (acrylic) window 6' x 3' 13' x 20' / Plastic sheet (acrylic) window 6' x 3' 13' x 25' / Plastic sheet (acrylic) window 6' x 3' Full height wall - 47' long down center The offices are going to be 8' walls, studs 16" on center, metal studs, open ceiling. The plexiglass windows just need to be framed in with wood and weather stripping, they will not be openable etc. We will provide the windows. We have a floor plan with measurements available. What is *required*: - Detailed material list. We will purchase the materials and have it on site for you as far as number of studs, etc. - if you have a relationship with a local vendor, you can give them the list and we will make payment arrangements with them. Detailed means "A list of everything you will need to complete the job" - Inspection by plant manager after studs are up, before drywall goes up - Flat price for the job - Drywall should be taped, mudded, and sanded - Area should be left broom clean when you are finished - You can work at any day and time you wish, but you need to communicate that to us accurately so we can have you let into the building. - Photos of prior work, and several references Not required, but would be a bonus: - Licensed electrician in your crew, who could bid on running power - Someone who could come back and paint after build-out is finished - someone would could cut a 6-8 inch deep, 6 inch wide, 10 foot long trench in one room to run conduit into for a conference table in the center We are able to provide a floor plan, and a OneDrive link with walk through videos and pictures of the facility for an initial quote. With a specific day and time provided, we can also have you let into the facility to see it in person. Again, if you ask questions that are answered in the ad and its clear you didn't read, and/or you just copy and paste a form letter etc. you're not going to get the job. Thank you in advance!
