Handy Man / Janitor needed to fulfill position in well run and established Business in Greenpoint Brooklyn. Work Hours will be from Monday thorough Friday from 9 am to 6.30pm with 30min lunch break in-between. All Applicants MUST have Green Card / Valid Work Permit. All Applicants MUST be FULLY Vaccinated, All Applicants MUST speak/understand well English and Spanish. All Applicants MUST HAVE OWN CAR TO USE ON JOB (all related expenses will be compensated) Duties to be performed on job are regular Janitorial tasks as cleaning buildings, toilets, moving garbage containers, some light Handy man skills as painting, Speckle. Minor Construction and Electrical knowledge are a Big Plus, not required. Applicants MUST HAVE A CAR to use on Job. Expenses for Car Gas, Maintenance, and Miscellaneous will be paid as extra on a weekly basis.
