Convert Tiny Closet to Half BATH Job for HIRE****

Looking for a (licensed) contractor to convert a little Closet into a Guest Bathroom/Powder Room, (As Soon as Possible). It's right next to/under the staircase but directly under the Bathroom above it (in regards to the plumbing). The closet is 42 x 62 inches wide, 84 inches tall and 42 W x 57 L under the staircase part (so it should be a small job). PHOTOS INCLUDED; I do want to point out that the majority of the homes in the community that I live in have a tiny guest bath instead of a tiny closet in that same spot (Photos also included to give you an idea). I already have the toilet and sink all you have to do is the job! Am located in South Jersey near Philadelphia.
