Experienced long-term maintenance person to call as needed. Change doorknobs, unclog disposals, organize the garage and basement, stain/paint a banister, cut shelving to fit and add to closets, remove a mailbox, paint it and reinstall. We need someone within 20 minutes of Marblehead or travel becomes an issue. Must have had 2 Covid shots and a booster.
