Be part of an important metabolic research study currently being conducted at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, the research group of Dr. Meredith Hawkins at Albert Einstein College of Medicine is seeking 21-65 years old healthy volunteers to participate in a study examining how activating control centers of the brain can affect how much sugar is produced by the liver.
Participation in this research study involves a preliminary screening visit and up to 4 separate visits to the General Clinical Research Center (GCRC) of Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. A physical exam, routine urine drug screening, blood draw, and EKG will be conducted upon screening potential participants. If eligible, participants will be notified to join the research study.
