Learn to make plant based ramen!
Join Chef Loghan to heat up the winter with a ramen party! This class/party combo will show you how to make your own delicious ramen from scratch while tasting, creating, and enjoying the company of the other attendees.
The perfect opportunity to grab your spouse, friends, and/or family, this event is open to all and is designed to be laid back and fun while teeing you up for success in your own home kitchen.
Over the course of two hours we will go over how to create a delicious plant-based ramen broth, different noodle options (including gluten-free & grain-free options), all of the different toppings you can pile into a ramen bowl, spice options, and protein options. As with all Chef Loghan events, you will not only learn about the best ramen techniques but also how to incorporate food as medicine principles into your cuisine and how to source quality ingredients locally. Chef Loghan is committed to supporting our local farmers and adapts all of his recipes to utilize ingredients that are available locally. And most importantly, he is committed to ensuring that making food is fun, approachable, and adaptable to your own home kitchen.
