During the evening we will go through the preparation steps needed, along with how to properly roll perfect sushi every time. We will focus on creative ingredients and sauces that elevate well beyond your typical avocado rolls, and show you how sushi night can be a fun, engaging, and healthy dinner option for you, your friends, and your family! Chef Loghan is committed to supporting our local farmers and adapts all of his recipes to utilize ingredients that are available locally. And most importantly, he is committed to ensuring that making food is fun, approachable, and adaptable to your own home kitchen.
