PLEASE DON'T BE CRUEL AND FLAG ME. I SINCERELY NEED HELP. I know this is a LONG SHOT, but I'm looking for a pro-bono dentist, or a dentist who can give me a substantial discount to PLEASE help me. I am already terrified of having to get dentures at my age. I need to have the rest of my teeth extracted (12) and want to get the ALL ON 4 for the top and bottom. I have read that sometimes you do not need all 4 posts on upper and all 4 posts on the lower, and can sometimes just have 2 posts on upper and 2 posts on lower. I was told I have steady firm bone structure for this procedure. My insurance will pay for my extractions and for "immediate dentures", but I have read and have been told by a few dentists that they will not fit for very long as my gums heal, and that the bottom ones will surely not stay in place. I'm willing to be a "guinea pig" for newer dentists, and to have my journey video taped along with before and after pictures to be used for your marketing purposes. Whatever it takes I'll do it and I would be ETERNALLY grateful to any dentist out there who can help me want to smile again! I do have insurance but it only covers fillings, extractions and a few other small things.
