The Wisconsin Milk House and the Uncommon Loon Brewing Company are joining together to host award winning cheese and beer pairing event! Interactive cheese and beer pairing made easy and fun! Ever wonder what beer pairs best with your favorite sharp cheddar, smoked Gouda, or even feta cheese? This class will wake-up your tastebuds to flavor combinations that will keep you coming back for more. Come hungry! Taught by licensed Wisconsin cheesemaker and Wisconsin Milk House Cheese Shop owner, Lisa Erickson, participants will walk away knowledgeable as they taste their way through some of Wisconsin’s award winning cheese and award winning Minnesota beers from the Uncommon Loon Brewery. Class size is limited. Participants will be tasting 6 different beers paired with 6–8 different Wisconsin cheeses. On each cheese plate, additional treats will be provided to round out your experience. Not only will you learn how to pair beer and cheese, but you will also learn about cheese flavor profiles and how to build a perfect cheese board. Cost is $38 per person. Cheese camp is perfect for those that want to learn or just come and have some fun. Your favorite cheeses will be available to purchase.
