Landscapers, Handymen and Specialty Contractor Crew leaders are being recruited NOW for Spring and Summer 2022. We are looking for part to full time crew leaders. Currently, most of our projects are in South and West Saint Louis County. In 2022 we are growing as a company so we are recruiting crew leaders and companies for projects across Saint Louis County and City areas along with the St. Charles County and Jefferson County areas. More Job Partnership Information Below We specialize in keeping quality St. Louis, MO landscaping and handy man contractors busy. We try our best to line companies up with the work they specialize in and in the areas they choose! Right now Mizzou Crew has hundreds of landscaping and handyman customers and enough work to go around for motivated people. We keep our very best and most talented crews busy. The best and most reliable crews get the most amount of work. It's fair and simple! Getting Paid! The pay averages between $20 to $30 per project hour depending on the job type, vehicle/tool contribution and crew leader experience. Sometimes we may have jobs paid by the job instead of paid by the hour. Pay will be mailed or direct deposited after it is collected, every Monday and on a job to job basis. Each contractor/partner must be in business for themselves and must be able to cash a company check (not individual check) and will be sent a 1099 Misc at the end of the year. Also each partner must have and maintain insurance for their company and their workers. Full Time or Part Time? You tell us! The hours will change from week to week, depending on past job performance, how much work is booked and your crew's availability. We also have a fair commission structure for partners who want to work more on lining up work for the other partners! Qualified applicants should have prior experience and references and must be able to pass a detailed background check. This position requires travel around the Greater St. Louis, MO area. Having your own vehicle is a must, preferably a truck with a trailer. Each partner is responsible for bringing their own basic project tools.
