A real estate investment company is looking for a non-official property evaluators/inspector (no experience necessary) for Indianapolis area.
Job duties include but are not limited to: visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties by taking photos and videos of: landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC. Putting lock boxes at properties. In unique cases showing vacant properties to potential buyers.
Must have: a reliable transportation, good smartphone/camera, and a computer with a high-speed internet connection.
Job hours are flexible and vary based upon the number of homes inspected. Typical number of homes inspected monthly range from 4 to 10.
Average price is $40 per property.
