Duties and Responsibilities: • Clean windows on both high-rise and low-rise buildings • Clean interior and exterior glass • Use equipment such as mops, squeegees, extension poles • Knowledge of utilizing a scrapper to remove debris from windows • Work on ladders up to 32 feet • Have some knowledge of DI work • Use ropes and bosun chair to descend from buildings Window Cleaner Requirements: • Cleaning experience is a plus • Window restoration is a plus • Being comfortable with heights • Must have physical stamina • Self-motivated • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Has or can train for boom lift experience We offer: • Starting pay that is based on experience • Access to company vehicle • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance • 401K • 5 Vacation Days after 6 months of service plus an additional 5 days after 1 year of service. • 6 paid holidays
