Position Summary:The Production Foreman position is integral to support Foundation’s mission to provide a safe and efficient operations. The position requires strong organizational skills to identify and address both current and future projects for the company’s assets. This position requires the ability to adequately display a broad and deep understanding to management of the oil and gas industry properties. Travel to field locations will be required for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.-Assign and coordinate daily activities and priorities for pumpers, roustabouts, contractors and/or consultants. -Monitor, analyze and submit reports on daily activities – production, well work, field projects, etc. accurately and on time. -Company Man for routine workovers. BOP certification required. (if not held, company will fund training to obtain.) -Reports directions to the Region Production Superintendent. Direct reports are pumpers, meter techs, mechanics, etc. -Effectively manage monthly production and expenses to maximize cash flow. Demonstrated ability to generate ideas to improve cash flow. -Ensure all environmental and safety compliance issues are met. Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of Oil and Gas operations and equipment experience with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot well and equipment problems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as problem solving and project management skills required.Education/Experience: High School diploma or G.E.D. with a minimum of three years industry experience. Computer and Technical Skills:Good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and Outlook skills.
