WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Carpenter - • 2-years minimum of verifiable experience as a carpenter of framer • Own and can use tape measure, hammer, speed square, level, and set of bags • Comfortable reading/interpreting house plans • Can operate hand/power tools • Comfortable taking direction and working independently • Be able to make corrections to framing sub-contractor’s work • Set windows and doors • Perform pick-up framing/blocking Closeout Detail - • Fill/fix drywall imperfections • Small drywall patch work • Caulking tubs, sinks, windows • Interior touch-up paint • Interior touch-up stain on trim/cabinets • Appliance installation • Interior cleanup WHAT WE OFFER: • Year round, fulltime work • Medical insurance (subject to probationary period) • PTO accrual (subject to probationary period) • Paid sick leave • Paid holidays • Team environment
