Need Attorney Guidance

URGENT! Here is the skinny. I'm helping my friend, as his durable POA, to file a malpractice suit. Unfortunately, due to certain circumstances, he has a week left to get it filed and I understand that is not enough time for most attorneys to take the case. So, I'm trying to get it filed and then to find an attorney to take it from there. My buddy is paralyzed and without function of his dominant arm. It is critical I do not fail him. Any assistance in the matter is greatly appreciated. I can do the work, I just want to make sure I'm taking the right steps in the correct order and that is where your help comes in. One little mistake could be grounds for dismissal. If you are an attorney who is willing to accept this challenge and take the case then that would be a miracle. Thank you.
