During this transcending sound healing journey, Caressa, with the wisdom of this light & sound healing, uses a collection of instruments creating a cosmic symphony of metal and 432hz tuning crystal vessels, tuning forks, voice, drums, rhythmic breathing, and more. These instruments emit different healing tone frequencies bathing you in the vibrations of soothing sonic resonance that creates harmony, which restores and realigns the body, and can even shift one into altered states of consciousness. *You will receive individual as well as group healing with instruments played. WHAT TO BRING: Bring lots of pillows, blankets, a yoga mat/camping pad/cushion, crystals, and wear whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the floor for this relaxing experience. If you have lower back troubles, it is suggested to also bringing pillow or bolster to place under knees. Drink plenty of water throughout the day previous to journey, but not directly beforehand so that you may remain in stillness without running to restroom. Sound waves carry on water, and the more hydrated you are, the more likely the frequencies will have a penetrating effect.
