Ask: please keep an eye out for this dog below. We recently moved to north richland (off of carriage and spengler), and our beloved dog Kevin found a hole and got out of our yard tonight. He is 9 pounds and only has one eye he is black and tan (more so gray than tan these days). We would be forever grateful. Kevin is an old boy, and we are praying to bring him home. He has a collar on currently without tags.
