Need a deck or patio built

I’m looking for quotes from contractors for one of 2 projects: either about a 12’x16’ step-down deck (ideally composite) with space to allow for an 8’x8’ hot tub to be built into it, OR a large outdoor patio that would allow an 8’x8’ hot tub to sit on top of it. The final decision would essentially depend on which costs less. I would also want my current deck redone with composite to match the new deck but that’s not my immediate priority.
