Hi, I have a large breed american bulldog mix. He is fixed and current on vaccinations. My dog is extremely reactive to new dogs. He needs socialization and a dog to teach him to be dog again. I would have my dog wear a muzzle. He has dogs that he has known for a while that he does not react to. He is regularly around a boston terrier but they do not play and he is non-reactive to her. We used to be able to go to the dog park, that is not possible anymore. What I am looking for is a confident dog owner and confident dog who would be willing to have a playgroup. I have been studying "dogs playing for life" and wonder if this is what he might need. We could arrange a date and time, and prior to that I will take my dog on an extended hike. We do regularly dog walks and would welcome you and your pet. He is fine on a pack walk - we stay consistent and just keep moving forward. If anyone would be willing, please reach out.
