Seeking each other Large warehouse building excellent for artist, would like to create an enclave of working artist Painters(+), Film and Photography(+), Dance(?), Painters(+) Writers (+, -), Sculptors = Hand Tools only(?). Studios are on second floor first floor open display area. Monthly rent negotiable; it's a large building that is need of some caring hands. Maybe help cover some operating overhead. These are working studios residents are expected to have one major show. Details will be discussed. There is a screening process There is no running water yet; a porta jon, no central heating.
