I have a property in the Houston Greenspoint area with tens of thousands of various car tires that must be moved to a new location in Lolita Texas. The trip is 108 miles one way, so 216 miles round trip. Estimated fuel costs are around $50-$70 round trip. The average tire is 28”x8”. You will need a truck and a 30-40’ gooseneck trailer which can fit anywhere from 650-900 tires on it depending on how high you stack and how long the trailer is. Semi-trucks and tractor trailers are probably the best way to go if possible as they’d be able to get over a thousand tires in a load. I’m looking for crews of 2 guys that can load the tires in Greenspoint, drive them to Lolita, and unload the tires at the second property. I’d like to get two loads done per day per crew if possible. This job pays $.75 per tire, so anywhere from $487 to $675 per load based on 650-900 tires. More if you can get more tires on your trailer. Please leave a message if I'm not able to answer.
