Awaken To Consciousness with Kundalini Shakti Yoga in Ojai Kundalini Shakti – the latent power coiled at the base of your spine is ever present. With yogic breath work, exercises, mantras, and chanting, you will awaken, align, and activate your inner power, to raise your energy and vitality. You will leave this yoga class feeling uplifted, and clear in heart, and mind. Mats, blankets, meditation cushions are provided, and you may also bring your own, if you prefer. Mask are required. Signal St, Ojai, CA 93023 Richa believes that each one of us has an inner power, that when tapped into, can help us live our lives powerfully, be fully self-expressed and support us in living more fully. She uses meditation as one of the many tools to tap into this deep level of self-awareness, which gives her clients access to healing in a profound way. Born in India, Richa began her own spiritual journey at age 5 learning several modalities that included yoga, mantra chanting and meditation.  Although surrounded by spirituality, her deeper awakening did not happen until she was faced with extremely challenging situations in her life. It was due to the guidance she found in meditation that she was able to rise above her past experiences, forgive and begin to help others be transformed, free and healed. Richa is the author of "Coming Home to the Heart - Transforming Trauma into Infinite Possibilities for Healing". She uses a partner-sensitive, trauma-informed, mindfulness based approach in her work with partners. Richa is an APSATS-trained professional life coach. (APSATS.org, Association for the Partners of Sex Addicts and Trauma Specialists).
