The Lord has laid upon my heart to put a two day seminar together for the Cumberland County region on how to deal with conflict within the church. I wanna invite senior leaders as well as there congregation to join us as we dive into why is it so hard to deal with conflict, confrontation and communication. We want to explore biblical principles with practical application. Our invited guest are professionals in this field and come with years of experience. Bio Below 👇 Jefferson & Rosa Jones are founders and senior leaders of Surge Ministries, a multi-cultural, intergenerational, prophetic movement focused on discipling people who transform culture. The Jones’ are relational strategists who have been partnering in marriage, ministry, and the marketplace since 2002. Jefferson, M.Div, serves as minister, chaplain and life coach. Rosa, MA.Ed, is a licensed professional counselor, life coach, and serial entrepreneur. Together, they share over 40 years of combined experience in education and ministry leadership. Currently, the Jones’ live and work in Virginia with their two tween sons and enjoy travel, music, food, learning, and laughing.
