I am always in fire fighting mode and can’t seem to find the time to focus on strategic initiatives to grow my business.I don’t have anyone to openly discuss my business challenges with.I’m worried about the future of the business because it’s too dependent on me. At this Power Lunch, we will discuss and strategize the unique challenges and opportunities we each face in running our businesses. Previous lunches had discussions regarding delegation, marketing and sales, employee engagement, and managing growth. You will have the opportunity to present or hear about a unique local business challenge or opportunity, provide your perspective and advice, and brainstorm solutions. All topics discussed will be confidential, with all participants signing a nondisclosure agreement. This invitation-only event presents a great opportunity to experience a strategic roundtable with other business owners who are growth-minded and determined to make 2022 their best year to date. Registration: Required Who: To attend, you must be a northern Jersey Shore or East Brunswick area Business Owner, CEO, President, Partner, or General Manager. All industries are welcome.
