Texas States University's Black Student Alliance Annual Mr. Black TXST Scholarship Pageant Mr.Black TXST is a scholarship pageant that awards a winner $500 to put towards their studies here at Texas State University. This annual event highlights and showcases black excellence on our campus; and will award one winner for their efforts to make a change and difference on and off our campus and in the community. As the show goes on, you will get to know each candidate's views on issues affecting the black community and what they would do if they win the title of Mr.Black TXST. Put on your best fits and we hope to see you there.
