JOB DESCRIPTIONS- ⭐As a Playground Maintenance Technician to Tot Lot Services you will be vital to assuring a safe and fun environment for kids to play all over the valley! ✦This involves inspecting playgrounds for safety and health compliance to assure the highest standards are met. ✦You will report needs of the communities and/or parks based on inspection to the office staff and/or management to coordinate and schedule services as needed. ✦You will report to the office staff and/or management even when the needs of a site are beyond our scope of work (including sand replacement, wood chip replacement, etc.) for proper outsourcing and coordination as needed. ✦Your primary role will involve sanitation of playgrounds and playground equipment (pressure washing). ✦You will also perform and/or assist with maintenance, repair, recoating and replacement of playground equipment all over the valley as needed. ✦You will assist with "sift & flips" and "flips" to remove dangerous and/or unsanitary items from sand and/or woodchips in play areas to assure a safe environment for play. 🐝 As a Pest Control Technician to Bircher Exterminating Services you will be responsible for assuring the safety and satisfaction of all of our customers. ✦You will perform pest control services to our commercial and residential customers ✦You will be responsible for reporting the needs of our customers to the office ✦You will act as the face of our company and provide valuable customer service WHAT WE OFFER: *Competitive salary *Paid training and licensing *Healthcare reimbursement program *PTO/Sick time *401k *Monthly bonus opportunities (up to $750 a month during the summer!) *Company work vehicle Job Requirements for BOTH Positions: *Strong attention to detail and ability to identify safety concerns on site. *Ability to independently manage your own daily maintenance route. This includes managing your daily schedule. (There is flexibility as long as all work is done by the end of the day!) *Ability to communicate our customer's needs effectively to our administrative staff and managers. *Taking pride in your job and equipment! The ability to maintain your own assigned company truck and equipment is required.
