Small landscape company services only commercial properties. Must have experience. $15.00-21.00 per hour depending on experience. Our yard is located near El Mirage Rd. and Olive Ave. Must be able to get to our yard every day. All Major holidays off, Paid time off, sick days, paid rain days. Tasks include: Overall Goals -Have a great and positive attitude everyday -Practice teamwork and do whatever it takes to have a positive working relationship with all employees within the company, every day. -Be as efficient as possible with all activities Maintenance -Look after Sunrise’s properties with a keen eye for detail and take personal pride in the way they look -Follow directives from Operations Manager Nina Hernandez and crew leaders -Follow a cycle map on each property weekly -Spray post-emergent herbicide on weeds with a backpack sprayer -Work with other crew leaders for optimum efficiency to complete work Enhancement Projects -Dig holes to install plants and trees -Shovel, rake and use wheelbarrow to installed decomposed granite -Spread fertilizer on turf areas with a broadcast spreader -Remove trees -Grind tree stumps Irrigation Management -Plug unused drip emitters -Notify management of irrigation issues when you see them -Other minor irrigation repairs as needed
