Hello we have witness the care some tortoise have gone thru wether it be for owners who don’t know about tortoises or owners not having time, we have a sanctuary for tortoises here in our back yard and everyday getting updated, we feed them greens regularly and will ALWAYS have water available, big tortoises are separated from the smaller ones! We will adopt.
