I am offering my knowledge, space, tools and time for persons wanting to stock up in food that will last up to a 25 year shelf life. Weather you are a "Prepper", hiker, busy parent, or elderly person that would benefit from pre-made meals for any reason. Ill do the work for you. Freeze drying is how its done and there is a very tiny amount of consumables that cannot be freeze dried. When your ready to eat the food, simply add water and it will regain its fresh taste, aroma, and appearance. 25 years later.... Local sports stores and and even Costco sells some freeze dried food, but!!!.... A point or two, to consider... is it: * Local? *Organic? * What about your pets? (Yes, you can freeze dry pet food too!) * Is it even tasty? *Acceptable to personal dietary allergies or restrictions? I'm a chef and I have my ServSafe Certification. Food Protection Manager Certification Examination, which is accredited by the Amereican National Institute (ANSI) Conference for Food Protection (CFP) Each food item takes different time frames, so prices will vary. I cannot give anyone a sure set price on Craigslist. This is a very individual based Program I running. A minimum of $25 and depending on the order a deposit of $50 will be requested upon service. $5.00 discount to folks that bring there own jars (: Open to trades depending. I can use my food sources or yours. Public pickups/drop offs only Leave a voice mail on my cell phone if I don't answer and I will call you when I am able!
