Service Valet Technicians are field specialists at the Can Man, providing valet garbage service to customers in their specific service area and/or grooming baseball fields for local little leagues. We prefer service valets who are able to do both tasks but will consider all candidates. Garbage Responsibilities and Duties: The valet garbage service valets visit customers' homes twice a week to bring the garbage cans out to the curb and then to return the cans back to their original location. • Bring garbage cans out to the curb before service day. • Return garbage cans to their original location after the cans have been emptied. • Communicate closely with manager. Baseball Field Responsibilities and Duties: The valet baseball field service valets visit specified baseball fields on a specific schedule according to the league schedule to rake and chalk the fields before games. • Be on time (1 hour before games start) • Rake the field with provided rakes • Chalk the field according to the specifications • Return all items back to shed and lock up Qualifications: Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license. • Responsible. • Reliable. • Respect customers property and privacy. • Strong communication skills via text and phone. Per Diem in this case means that you will not have a set schedule, and you will be called upon if we need you. This is more like a gig work job, where you'll be on a list to receive work if needed. Specifically for our business this happens if the part time valet is gone for vacation or we have an unexpected service. This position is best for people who don't want to commit to 10-20 hours every week but still want to make some money on the side.
