Paint exterior of new building

Description

This is a new construction residential building. The exterior is Hardie lap siding and Hardie trim. I need to paint 1580 sq. ft. of siding and 235 sq. ft. of soffit and fascia. The job will take two coats of Sherwin Williams paint. No primer is necessary. You can use sprayers or rollers depending on what works best for you. You can only reach up to 14' from the scaffold and so the last 2' will need to be painted from ladders. All materials, scaffold, and ladders will be provided by me. Please send a few pictures of painting jobs that you've done recently as well as at least one reference. The job is ready to begin immediately.
