Lose yourself in the music at this lightly-guided dance experience with a live DJ. Ecstatic dance is coming to the SCV! Arielle of Anana Earth and DJ Sacred Sounds will be joining forces to bring you Quantum, a 90-minute movement experience - where sounds and vibrations bring you back into your body and your sensation. Never heard of ecstatic dance before? It’s kinda like a DJ'd dance party meets meditation, meets yoga, meets therapy. Quantum is all about experiencing who you are at the energetic level. EVERYONE is welcome. This experience is open to all ages, bodies, and orientations. This is a substance-free event, as we allow the music alone to take us to an altered state of consciousness.
