A community for people of all ages with or at risk for heart disease. Topics, programs, and/or events will be different every month. Sign up for Cardiac Connection and watch for emails announcing the content of upcoming meetings. Cardiac Connention is a monthly community group that supports people of all ages who have experienced a cardiovascular event such as a heart attack or stroke, had surgery related to the heart or are at risk for heart disease. We offer encouragement and lifestyle improvement activities. You will also be connected with others who have had similar experiences.
