We are a growing construction company in need of skilled concrete workers. We specialize in concrete, foundations and grading work and are looking for people that want to grow with us. Ideal workers will possess knowledge of operating hand and power tools safely and effectively. Be extremely efficient and detail-oriented and have ability to comprehend construction work activities by reading blueprints and comparing them to work order and help in making sure that job sites are cleared of debris and hazardous materials. We are looking for individuals that work well in any team setting, take initiative, are flexible and dependable and can follow directions to perform work activities as requested. Experience in the following areas is preferred but we are also willing to train the right persons. Pay depends on experience. • Clean and prepare construction sites. • Dig ditches or trenches by using hand and power tools and break up concrete • Concrete forming • Build and position forms for pouring concrete, and dismantle forms after use, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. • Rebar Installation • Backfill excavations, and compact and level earth using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers and rakes. • Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed. • Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations in accordance with project plans and specifications. • Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones when needed • Maintain machinery and tools used in construction work • Other duties as assigned
