Crossroad Services, the cutting-edge leader for In-Store Service Execution, has an immediate need for a part-time flexible hours Regional Merchandiser position to work in a region of Home Improvement Retailers. Responsibilities include: • Visit home improvement retailers on a predetermined, scheduled weekday. • Locate in-bound product shipment. • Stock order to retailer specified planogram. • As stocking takes place, clean up merchandise set of drop-off and misplaced product. • Stocking will take place during the day. • Work clean and maintain a safe customer shopping experience. • Remove trash and pallets from work area. • Build relationships with store personnel and management team Position requires the following: • 1-2 years of Retail Experience • High attention to detail • Self-starter/highly motivated • Reliable transportation • Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check • Valid Driver's License • Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds • Flexible hours ranging from 20-32 hours per week depending on workload Benefits: • Competitive pay up to 18.00 per hour depending on relevant industry experience. • Opportunities for career growth. • Twice-monthly pay with direct deposit. • Vacation, sick pay.
